I have a skype phone number, how do i make an answer machine recording?

I have a personal number in Japan through skype, how do i personalize the voice answer machine and get it to notify me (maybe my mobile) when someone has called it?
 
Tools > Options > Calls (left side) > Voicemail

As far as receiving voicemail alerts, Skype doesn't have anything built in to handle that, however there is an add-on that reportedly does what you're asking.
 
i have a skype number as well and it emails me when i get a voicemail. So im sure there is an option for that. Maybe then u can get your email on your mobile phone?

Thanks you two. How do I get notification on my email of a voice message? What do i go to set that up?
