Corsair AX 750 Professional Gold Series

I may have purchased the wrong pus - I sure hope not. This is my first time building a PC from scratch, so bare with me.

In my MOBO manual (Sabertooth X58) it reminds me of not to forget to connect the 8-pin connect otherwise my system won't start. Fair enough. However, this PSU does not, or at least I didn't see it in my package, contain the same 8-pin orientation cable. Maybe I missed something here, but Corsair's manual states an EPS12V and Asus' manual states EATX12V, both of which are 8-pin. Is there a difference? Please don't tell me I made a rookie mistake.

Under psu spec it says it came with two 4x4 modular cables for the 12v power in the upper left hand corner of that mobo(nice choice by the way). It looks like a 4 hole socket but there's a cap covering it. That series of power supply uses a modular cable system, so you have to plug one side into the power supply(the 8end) and the other side(4+4end) into the motherboard 8pin socket. Corsair has excellent customer service, so if they really did forget these cables you can rma the unit. If it's been less than 30 days and you bought it from newegg, you can just exchange it faster. The cable you need should look like this:

The 8 pin CPU power connector on the motherboard is called a EATX12V connector. The power supply falls under the EPS12V revision, which states it has to have a 8 pin CPU power connector. So from the power supplies end its called a EPS12V connector.

Long story sort, yes its the one you use.
