Computer advice needed

I'm a computer noob and need help. I would like to get a new htpc computer on a budget around $600. I'm only really going to use it for multi-tasking like poker sites and and streaming netflicks, pandora, etc. through my tv. My only needs would be a hdmi port, and would like a quad-core cpu. Also prebuilt would be nice but willing to build one if its pretty straight forward, since i never bulit one before. thanks

I have never heard of them either but the system specs are great for what you want to do and I would say also that the price is right. I guess I would say go for it and let us know hoe it turns out.
 
I guess what I should of asked is that computer overkill for what i want to do? Main purpose would be a hd-pc(running thing into my tv like netflicks, pandora etc.) then playing poker.

A quadcore would be overkill, but in the $600 range:

@OP go with the above build and it will way more than enough for your use and as a bonus you get HDMI from the onboard GPU.

If you want SFF it would need to be changed a little.
A few bucks could be saved in a couple places, but not really enough to get a SSD. If the bugdet was closer to $700 you could.
