Is this RAM compatable?

I have a Dell XPS 400 with 2 gigs of stock RAM. I am planning to upgrade it to 4 gigs with 4 sticks of this

It is compatible with my computer right?

It only supports up to DDR2 677. You can get 800 but it will back clock to 667.
