cheap but reliable suggestions?

i have been approached to spec out a build for a locksmiths shop. they use a computer to run key machines and to check emails and do orders, and need something that is cheap but more importantly reliable. it gets used all day 6 days of the week and if they don't have a computer its a major hassle. it also needs to be reasonably good so they don't have to buy a new one in a few years. i was thinking maybe an AMD processor, because they're cheaper. any other suggestions?

Latest generation processor, all reliable components. if it were me I would grab 2 hard drives and run them in RAID 1 so the buisness never lost data, for $40 its a dam good investment.

Also, didnt realize how cheap this was as I put it togther, I'd probably slap in one of these instead just to give it some future proof
