I am looking to get a new mid tower case. I currently have a Antec three hundred and it seriously lacks cable management options.

I want a case with a bottom mounted PSU, that comes with fans. I also want it to support future upgrades.

budget is around 100$ CND

Dimensions no more then 21 inches(D), 9 inches (W), 18 inches (H) My Three hundred case just fits in the space I have. I could go wider but not higher or deeper then
Unit dimensions:
• 18" (H) x 18.3" (D) x 8.1" (W)
• 45.8 (H) x 46.5 (D) x 20.5 cm (W)
ATX mobo

I like the CM 690 II Advanced Any other suggestions?

Then The CM 690 II is the way to go.
I checked out the Antec 900 and the Silverstone and the Thermaltake Cases in your Budget but the CM 690 will be apt for you needs and dimensions.

It supports 10 Fans.
But comes with 3
1 140mm Front
1 140mm Top
1 120mm Rear
Happy to help.:)

Great thanks. I noticed that with my rig I can only get 3 of 4 fans to operate would the issue come from my case?
Both case fans work but only 1 of the 2 optional fan that goes in the front will spin.

Sorry I did not quite get the question.

Can you please elaborate. And also are you talking about you 300 or CM 690.

This issue is for my Antec 300

Both the case fan work fine. Now I installed 2 fans to cool the HDD bay and only one of the two fan will spin all of them are connected. Is this an with my case of something else?

It has nothing to do with your case.It has to do with your PSU.
Connect another power cable to your PSU and then then connect the non-working fan only to that PSU cable using the 4pin molex.I am sure it will work otherwise there is a problem with your fan.
A case is just a metal shell.Only problem with the case in terms of electronics can be a short, which is due to the front assembly lose/open wire.

these fans only connect to my mobo.

All 4 of your fans are connected to the motherboard???
Or only 3 of them are connected?
Then connect one of them to your PSU.I am sure you must have gotten a converter so that you can connect the FAN to your PSU.Because I got one with every fan I bought.
Or all of them to your PSU if you don't use any fan-control software then no point in connecting them to the motherboard.Since all of them must be running at full RPM and they will also run at FULL RPM when you connect them to your PSU.

The converter looks like this

The case fans are powered via the PSU. The other 2 fans I bought and connect to my mobo, I didn't receive any other power source.
