Could be an issue with your PSU. Try unplugging everything from the power except the video card and the motherboard.

Also, try plugging in both CPU power connectors, as the motherboard has two of them.

The motherboard light lights up green when it's plugged in. All the fans work. I don't know how to do the "Try plugging in both CPU power connectors as the mother board has two of them." Thanks.

If you look where the CPU power plug is, there are two power ports. You should have two CPU power connectors on the power supply. Try plugging the second one in as well.

There's nothing under that black cap. FYI when my computer is on the red light beside MemOK is on.

edit:/ I lied. Plugged in an 8 pin and doesn't boot at all.

Did you put standoffs under the board in the right places. Cant really tell from the photos, but it looks like the board is directly on the motherboard tray.

I'd still try a different PSU. I've put builds together and everything will turn on but not post due to a bad PSU.

The mb screws aren't screwed down properly. I know it doesn't have to be grounded, but I'd take the mb out and reinstall it. And double check the standoffs while your at it. The I/O panel doesn't look like it's lined up properly.(edit: maybe so after looking at the back)

I bet it's the PSU, I had a build where the 4pin mobo connector didn't work but the other mobo connector did so the little light on the mobo would light up but it wouldn't post. confused me for a while.

Solution for those who were interested...
The ram was being very fussy and wouldn't go down all the way. After a real hard push it popped into place. Works fine. :)
