It will be about a week before I actually make my order and about a week till it comes in. By about mid may it should be ready, and as you can see, the theme is quite clearly blue haha

:D I'd be lucky if i could get one like that. I have about 4-5 comps. The main two i use are my laptop and my custom desktop i built from my friends alienware recently. It's an emachines case, but some of the parts inside came from his alienware.

i have been saving for quite awhile for this :D the only thing i dislike about alienware computers is that you spend a shit ton in labor when you could easily build it yourself

Absolutely. Alienware is only good for its name, pretty much. With the money you spent you could probably get two alienware laptops.

I personally, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best, say that your computer is a 5. Easily.
Windows 7 should be no problem, but Vista is almost everyone's preference anymore, due to the fact that it's easier to use, i presume. Everything else is above and beyond of what i have seen, yes.

Who prefers Vista?? I haven't heard of anyone enjoying vista.
Sweet rig I find the large SSD to be a bit much however. I don't see why you want your rig to be so bright I had led fans at first and got annoyed of the color it made on my walls while sleeping. Windows 7 pro is good to the only difference between the 2 is language support and bitlocker.

To my point of view, there are a lot of people who prefer vista over 7.

Dude! For gaming LGA1155 is a must, performance is far superior to anything AMD have at the moment. Asus Sabertooth 1155 + i5-2600K would be a better choice.

Yeah, as above Vertex 3 for SSD

@OP
You haven't ordered yet Have you?
If not then I have some suggestions.

First for gaming your best choice will be the Intel Core i5-2500k.As fastdude already told you.
Then Windows 7 FTW.Why Vista??

Then As for Memory 16GB is OVERKILL and since it is a purely gaming rig you will never utilize it.Since most games are 32 bit and do not use more than 4 gigs of memory.
8GB of RAM will more than enough and 16 GB is mainly used in showing off in a gaming PC.
16GB will only be helpful if you run multiple instances of Virtual Box or VMware at the same time.

Then as for GPU, a multiple GPU should always be avoided
Since a multiple GPU config has Driver Issues
and Excessive Heat Production and Extreme Power Requirements.
Rather go with a single card HD6990 which will be way more than enough,to play any game maxxed out on any resoultion on any number of screens.
And on top of that you have chosen a crappy PSU to power such a beast of a rig.Never skimp on PSUs they are one of the most important parts of a computer.
If you take the advice given above then you would need something like these -

As for Heatsinks I would suggest these -
The Corsair H70 with some modifications would be really good.
