RAM Upgrade question...

hi i'm new and this would be my first post here...so here is the thing....

i'm want to upgrade my RAM...i currently have Team Elite ddr3 1333 4gb 4gbx1 with heat spreader...and i want to upgrade to 12gb memory or more...and i have a spare Gskill Ripjaws-X 8gb 4gbx2 DDR3 1333 CL9.....are these two RAMs compatible with each other??...
my MoBo is Asus SABERTOOTH P67 Rev. 3.0 http://ph.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/SABERTOOTH_P67/#specifications....

here is the newbie question is...are the two RAMs compatible with each other and with the MoBo?

Yes that mobo will handle up to 32gb if ram. Maybe you should consider a faster ram?? Also make sure your windows is 64bit.

faster RAM? what do you mean? does my current memory stick too slow?? and are those two RAMs that i posted...compatible with each other if i want to upgrade my memory? i have an intelcore i5 2500k processor and a window 7 64bit OS....
