which Anti Virus Perform best ?

hi everyone,
I like to know from experienced and more knowledgeable persons here, that which anti virus will take less space in main memory as have !GB main memory and 1Tb hard disk and have lots of software like JAVA, Oracle 10g etc in system, I used Avast, panda and many other anti virus but all perform average and reduce system speed to great extent. Any kind of help will be sincerely appreciated.

I am going to assume that your !gb means 1gb. the best option is to upgrade the ram to 3gb or more. This will allow other programs to run, thus the better antivirus programs wont make the system slow down.

And in my experience, the best antivirus is malewarebytes.

Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program, its a malware scanner program. And unless you have the paid version, its not an active scanner either like an antivirus program is.

Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials are probably the top 2 free programs to use.
