Overclocking my CPU

Can I do it with mine? (Refer to my signature for specs) I already have an aftermarket cooler on it and it runs at a very good temp. Here's my coretemp readout:

I have never overclocked and I'm worried I could ruin the CPU. Does anyone have any knowledge of what this CPU can do? I also did a power supply test and I'm using about 350w out of 550 for my power supply. I could always upgrade it because it is a little old. Thanks.

Oh dear. ASRock's 775 boards are terrible. I wouldn't be overclocking on it at all.

Naw, you can still overclock it. It's not the best board in the world, but it can still handel a decent OC.
