My Pc Specs Are :

Core2Duo E4600 @ 2.4 Ghz
3GB DDR2 Ram
Seagate baracuda 1 TB 7200 HDD
Asus P5G-MX motherboard with PCI Express x16 slot .
400 W Power supply
HP w1907 monitor ( max reso : 1440x900 )

I want a decent graphic card to play all the latest games (like NFS shift 2 , ac brotherhood , crysis 2 etc ) at high settings ......

I live in India , and my budget is 5000-6000 rs ( i.e in sub 130 USD range ).

Please advice on which card to buy ?

Also answer these queries :

1. My cabinet doesn't have the clips at back slots to hold GC , would that matter ? ( refer to the image below )

2. Are my current specs ( processor and DDR2 ram ) good to handle new games and support GDDR3 and GDDR5 Graphic cards ?

I'm posting the picture of my mother board and cabinet for reference :

Intex PSU - No chance.
I would strongly recommend against a GPU upgrade on that PSU.
The only decent usable made by Intex are speakers.

400W PSU...

probably amd 6670

No, absolutely not. It is an off-brand PSU and not worth the time it took to produce or the space it takes up. It wouldn't power a 6670, not even close.

Go for a new PSU first. Think of your computer as a car, and the PSU as your fuel. You go and upgrade the engine (putting a new video card in), but then don't have the fuel to run it, nor the money to buy any, so it sits there doing nothing, even though it has the potential to.

I don't know any Indian PC retailers, so will assume the one Mihir put is reliable and fairly priced, even though they don't have a large selection at all. You are best off saving an extra 500 rs and getting:

then saving up for your video card

SMC Intl is the biggest offline retail store in India, they don't have much of a site but if you want anything you can just contact them.

Some other Indian trustable retailers

http://theitwares.com/

The corsair which you posted is way over-priced.Corsairs in India are Really expensive.
That is like $150 for a 650W corsair.

I would get this
SeaSonic SS-500-ES 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Power Supply - Rs3200/-
Or
SeaSonic SS-750JS 750W 80+ Certified Power Supply - Rs5400/-

It is one of the crappy Indian techforums, you can join it and PM the dealer(Really bad members but good deals ;) ),since the PSU is priced lower on the forum compared to their site. And if you want the site it is theitwares.com.

@Declan I bought my Seasonic 750 from there itself. It was rs1000 cheaper on the forum compared to the dealers site.

As for the 6670
Anyways I won't suggest any GPU on that Intex PSU.It is of the worst quality imaginable.

EDIT

Can a mod clear whether me posting that forum link is against the forum rules or not.
