So I need some advice on what to upgrade next with my current system/desktop.

3.1 Ghz Dual Core Ahtlon 2 OCed @ 3565.0 Ghz
Geforce Nvidea Galaxy GT 520 GPU with 1024 GDDR3
4 Gigabytes of Corsair Ram- 800 Mhz
320 GB IDE Hard Drive
400 Watt PSU
Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H (http://us.test.giga-byte.com/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3454)

What all should I upgrade?

I use this computer for developing and medium to hardcore gaming.

I play the following games:
Crysis 2
GTA San Andreas
GTA 4
Dirt 3
MSFSX
Rift

And am looking to play them all at higher settings than I am now.
Especially Crysis, I would love to play Crysis at a higher resolution.

Also, can I crossfire on this board? Can I only crossfire with ATI or can I crossfire with Nvidea as well?

Thanks for reading this and trying/attempting to help me out! :)

You require a lot of upgradations for good FPS, do you have a budget in mind for the upgradations??

I'm earning 300-500 Dollars over the summer so around there, and I'm not too much of a hardcore gamer I just would like to upgrade my GPU and PSU only if I could though. My processor hasn't slowed me down in any games so far :P.

I'm not going to upgrade the CPU, that would cost around 500-700 dollars in all if I did, so I'll just stick to upgrading my GPU and PSU and play mah games on medium to high settings. I still need to save up some money for a car. :)

A quad core CPU is always good

You still won't be able to play games coming out fall 2011 and next year if you run on dual core CPU, a good CPU is also necessary for good gaming.

Well games are starting to access 4 core so it will become a necessity. May aswell upgrade with the other things for convenience as well as the fact it fits in your budget

I am not really sure how to unlock the cores of AMD Processors. I haven't heard much of unlocking, overclocking is much of a common thing now.

I believe that the Athlon that you posted can not be unlocked. If you are going to try to unlock a dual core, get the Phenom ll 555 Black Edition.

Just a note on unlocking. Buy a cpu that you will be satisfied with the cores if you can not unlock it. It is a gamble that you will get one that will unlock.

Yeah, Athlons can't be unlocked. Only Phenoms at the moment.
I've decided to just stick with the CPU I've got until later on :P.
