which is better? HD6950 2gb or GTX 560???

i want to update my GPU and PSU within a budget of under $400.

are these cards good and will my computer beable to use them?

my current specs ATM are:

- AMD Phenon II x4 B55 Processor 3.20Ghz
- 3 Gb Ram
- NVIDIA GeForce GT 220
- Asus M4A78LT-M-LE AM3 moutherboard
- 230volts (i dont know the watts)

The 6950 is better, but for around $300, you could get a 570.

oops i read it wrong, yeah 100 is more than enough for a psu. thought it said cpu at first.
