Better video card, in my opinion.

Do you really need 1.5 TB of harddrive space if you're only playing two games?

And you could lower your CPU for something a little less and still get great performance playing those games.

Something like that.

You also listed an intel motherboard to go with an AMD CPU. Not gonna work. Here's a suggestion:

8GB of RAM is overkill, especially with this inexpensive of a system. What OS are you using? If it's 64-bit, 4GB is the most windows utilizes. If you have a 32-bit OS, 2GB should be enough.

Hope that helps.

Please dont use H55, there's more support for 775 than 1156 in my opinion.

For a $500 budget the only choice is AMD.

$50 Case w/ PSU
$75 Phenom II x2
$100 ASUS M4A89 Motherboard
$100 Sapphire Radeon HD 6670
$50 4gb G.Skill 1600mhz RipJaws
$50 500gb WD Caviar Blue

You'll still need to worry about Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, OS and Tax.
