Alright, well I'm a tad new at this sort of thing so bear with me. I've been using this notebook for a while now but recently I've noticed this odd graphical glitch.
Here's where it get's odd at first it was just a small distortion that appeared at the bottom of the monitor but it's been progressively getting larger moving from the bottom of the moniter up. In fact it's gotten so large that it's even covered up the majority of my desktop taskbar (Windows 7 User Here). The best way I can describe this "glitch" is as a series of lines that look pinkish with a blue line occasionally strobing across the distortion.
My graphics card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200
I'm not sure if this is a virus or my GPU is failing. I'm considering just backing up and doing a factory restore but I'm not completely sure if that would be the best course of action.
So what should I do about this?
