(Sorry for posting 2 threads, i don't know how to delete the other one...)
Hey guys, I'm a newbee to building pc, and have encountered some problem, I tried to figure this out all last night, and would really appreciate some help
This is my new pc.
AMD Phenom II X4 955
Galaxy GTX 465
WD SATA 6gb/s 320GB Hard Drive
ASrock 890gx Pro3
Gskill 4GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Cooler master silent pro 600W PSU
ASUS DVD+RW
Antec 300 case
I am to the point that everything is installed, and the computer successfully boots up. But when I tried to install windows 7, after selecting a clean installation, i don't see any available hard drives. So I figured that I should put in my mobo drivers cd, and browsed through the cd, finding the SATA 3 folder, but after clicking on it, Windows installation tells me that "No signed drivers were found"please make sure I have the correct drivers on my media, something like that.
Also I checked my bios, in the storage device part. It seems that my Hard drive is recognized as 0.0GB. I tried to enable all the SATA options. I selected "IDE"(don't know if that matters) mode.
