Hello, I am using laptop (toshiba satellite l650) with :
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5145
512 MB dedicated VRAM
I am not so pleased with it and i was wondering is it possible to be changed with something from Nvidia with is better! from the one i got so far.
Thank you.

No. It's a laptop with integrated graphics, so you cannot change the video card. If you want a better card you will have to purchase a more expensive laptop with dedicated graphics.

Sorry for posting here. . but is it possible to change a laptops GPU? how? compatibility? :)

Some laptops allow you to change GPUs. It's pretty difficult as you have to take apart half your notebook and it's cooling system to change it though. Chances are whatever laptop you have or are referring to cannot have its graphics card changed out.

If you absolutely need more graphics power you can check this out this:

As above, most can't. However, some will have a PCI-E X1 or X4 slot inside the machine, which you can change out with compatible cards. Range of cards is fairly limited and it's really only useful for changing out a faulty one. With integrated you'd need to replace the whole motherboard or get the entire laptop replaced.
