PSU face up or down in HAF-922 case

Hey guys, i just cleaned my pc from dust and i'm ready to do cable management. I've searched a lot here and on other forums and most people i see that did cable management placed their psu face down. I see that when it's face down it gets cooler air but it also gets more dust. Also on the side of my desk there is a place made to place my computer tower there so it's not sitting on the carpet (i hear the PSU is struggling that way when the PC is sitting on the carpet). So my questions are:

1. Do you put the PSU fan face up or down in HAF-922 case?
2. If it's face down, do you have dust filter or not?
3. How can i make a dust filter for the PSU?
4. Also what are the pros and cons when the PSU fan is face up and face down?

Thank you for the help. :)

The TX750 sucks air from the back so it makes no difference.

What do you mean by that? Isnt it getting air in (from top or bottom, depends on how is placed) and then out the back? I've never actually tried to see how the air goes through it. I only read that. :)

Also what about the dust filter? Is it really necessary? Because i read that if it picks up too much dust it might lose some power. Not sure if this is true or not. Thanks.

The dust filter is there to stop dust getting into the PSU. Have the fan facing down if there's a filter there.

If you face it up, when the machine is off, dust will accumulate there anyway.

There is no dust filter on the bottom. So far i had the PSU face up for about an year but i want to do cable management. I'm really asking those questions above because when it's face up, the cables from the PSU cant reach the motherboard when i try to hide them on the back. But when it's face down, the cables can reach the mobo but the dust is the problem.

I'll probably leave it face up. I dont want to fill it with dust. It wont give me the best cable management that way but it will be a lot better than before. Thanks. :)
