Screen cut off on left side?

FIXED - I had to change my refresh rate to 59hz instead of 60. Is that normal?

Check your monitor for menu to change the screen size horizontally.

My monitor fell a while ago and now whenever I hit the "menu" button on the monitor, it just turns off without opening the menu. I need some way to fix the issue electronically, sorry >:\
