Power suply voltage

Hi guys did somone know what should be normal voltages in bios hardware monitor i just check it but they seems to be strange can somone see it and answer me is that normal?

Voltage as in what. The rails of the power supply or what your hardware is running at, as in CPU/Memory/NB/SB/Video cards GPU/memory/shaders.
 
Your 12V and 5V are way off. Try installing PC Wizard and see if it shows the same thing. Does it show the same in the bios?

yes the voltage readings are the same in bios and sometimes when i playing games , my hdd is i dunno how to say ....it stop ad doing tik tik and after 2-3 sec its working again but system xp reducing it to pio mode i check everythink did u guys think that could be a power suply problem ? or motherboard? i got x-power gtx light 580W


is that could happend becouse of voltage?
 
Sounds and looks like a power supply problem. The power supply is made by HEC, pretty much a lowend and cheap internal components. Would suggest upgrading it even if you were not having a problem. Antec/Silverstone/XFX/Corsair/PC P&C/Seasonic.
 
The 5V looks better, but the 12V is still really low. Since it shows the same in the bios I would say that HEC unit isnt cutting it.

in bios the voltage show as same as in picture 1 now im not sure what is wrong really is that can be hdd power suply , motherboard or something else ><
anyway thank you for help
