BSOD Randomely (Always in games) Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Hi. I have been having some serious problems with my PC lately. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. It started when in games the games would suddenly drop in fps to about 0-10 fps while they were usually running about 60fps. When the game started lagging like this, both of my GPU's had a usage of about 20% (running in Crossfire) and the temps would drop about 5 degress and then stop lagging. Once they reached around 70 degrees Celsius it would lag again and stop once the temps dropped. I also had a problem where the screen would flicker/flash black every now and then. After about 20 minutes or so my computer would blue screen and this happened every time I played games. I "fixed" this by disabling crossfire therefore only using one GPU. Every game ran a lot better. There was no longer the lag problems. I played a game for about an hour and then it blue screened without crossfire and gave me the same details as with crossfire enabled (i'll put that at the end). I'd also like to note that the GPU ran significantly cooler (50 degrees celsius) when crossfire was disabled. With and without it enabled I also had blue screens when simply browsing the internet (again, same error codes). I assumed it was my display drivers so i uninstalled them using Driver Sweeper and as I was on the internet looking to download new drivers it blue screened. So what I established from that is that it is not the drivers thats causing the problem and at this point I'm lost. I'll post the mini dumps and error details below.

XtremeGear power supplies are pretty much junk.

Install PC Wizard and see what its says your voltages are.

I really hope it is my PSU and not my video card.

Well 11.78V on the 12V rail is not good. Mine under load is even 12.19V. But your 3.3V is way way low at 0.38. Not saying for sure thats its your power supply but that doesnt look good.

If it was that low the system wouldn't even turn on, AFAIK. Software readings are unreliable, the only good way to test is with a multimeter.
