Overall Corsair. Or XFX/Antec/PC Power & Cooling/Silverstone/Seasonic.

I personally vouch for Antec, but out of Corsair and Thermaltake.. I would choose Corsair. Corsair manufacturers only a portion of their PSU's according to ECOS. Thermaltake just slaps their brand on a PSU. Thermaltake uses, I believe, 3 different vendors, and Corsair uses one vendor, besides themself. Corsair have stable voltages with most of their PSU's, and they are reliable.

Corsair, hands down. Thermaltake is one of those hit-or-miss kind of brands due to their many suppliers. Besides, even if the one you're looking at is good, any PSU by Corsair would own it. Corsair is generally said to be one of the best PSU companies out there.
