arctic cooler extreme

hi all i have decided to upgrade my heatsink to lower my cpu temp to a realistic level ive seen the arctic cooler extreme and wonered if it would be any good to replace an arctic cooler pro 7 rev 2.

i have an am2 board just looking to get my cpu temp down running at 45 degrees on idle using a freezer pro 7 would like to get a few degrees off that

Well you did not mention a budget but any of these would do you good.
