Monitor selection

I need a monitor but I am on a tight budget. I need a monitor under $150. Preferably 22" or bigger, widescreen. Any help would be appreciated.

Are Dells generally good?

Have 3 Samsung Syncmasters i like. Worked well. Only reason i mentioned office depot is because new deals come out every week on Sunday. Yes, i bought many items from Newegg also. If money is tight you will have to shop. Never had Dell though. the rest are Philips. for the grand kids and wife.
