IE 7 and IE 8

Hello,

My OS is the window XP pack 2 Media center Edition 2005.
I just upgraded from IE 7.0 to IE 8.0. After upgrading, my internet got freeze up most of time and the cursor is hung and did not run. I tried down grade back to IE 7.0. Please show me how to down grade back IE 7.

Just go to Add and Remove Programs, find IE8 and uninstall.
 
I tried to find IE8 in Add/Remove program to uninstall, but I couln't find it.
Where else can I find it ?

A system restore should sort it out, restoring it to a point prior to you installing IE8.

Can't quite remember where it is in XP, but in Win 7 it is Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. I think it is something similar in XP.

Try using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Opera instead. IE 7 and IE 8 are both way worse than any of the 3. ;)
 
If I'm not mistaken, if you install IE8 on a machine running anything less than SP3, you cannot roll back to IE7.
