Which video card?

i don't see any 260's on their site at all. and would suggest going for a current card like the 4/500 serieses

If you going for a video card right now those are not what you should look for my friend.GTX 260 was a good card,GTX 260 is a power consuming card, you need at least a 500w power supply to run that card, but if you want power savers and good performance cards you should be going with the Nvidia 4-series or the Ati 5 or 6 series.

Okay, so I am buying a b-stock GTX-260 of off this site. http://www.evga.com/products/prodlist.asp?switch=20. The only problem is that there are two of them. One just says GTX 260, but the other sais GTX-260 Core 216 - 55nm. What is the difference, and which should I get?

The diffrence between the two is the earlier GTX 260 has just 192 Stream Processors where the later GTX 260 has 216...from what ive read Nvidia done this to better compete with Radeon HD 4870.

But mehul is right,I would also try and look into getting a newer, more up to-date card.

What your budget + Current System specs?

for that price you should look into the 5/6770, some of them have rebates that bring them down to that, but should perform a good bit bbetter along with having dx11 and other newer features, the difference from the 5 to the 6 is just a rerelease with a different name, so that doesn't matter which you get, it just has a slightly better coding for bluray i think it was, but nothing the 5 can't still do perfectly fine.
