I would HIGHLY recommend you to buy that computer, I bought the Best Buy model which just has a bigger hard drive, and cost the same... I love it! Just don't underestimate the size of this thing, I can't find a bag for it xD I bought ASUS before they are the best! GO FOR IT DUDE!

Mine is the G74SX-BBK7, so yes it is 17.3 inches,.... um the max resolution is 1600x900 in Windows...

Then it is not 1080p. Isn't the geforce gtx580m controls the resolution? are you sure you have the right driver installed?

Never mind, just read the report from PCMag. It is not the 1080p HD, I guess I will go for the one from newegg.com Thanks.
