For around $300 am I going to get a better deal? Bang for my buck wise. I can't afford to spend much more than that and I feel like they'll all run things fine.

I'm not the type of gamer or user that has to run everything on max settings. I could care less about graphics, I just want good gameplay. So if the game and Pro Tools will run smoothly then I'm fine.

But if you don't think it will, how much would I be looking to spend to get a computer that will do what I need it to...

I would get the last one for $400. It already has windows 7 on it (the first one has xp) and the best graphics card. It also has twice the harddrive space of the first. Not to mention it also comes with microsoft office ($100 value). If you can push $400. You can't build a better pc than that.
