How often do you refresh your smartphone, on average?

I mean completely shut it down and turn it back on (I do this two to three times a day on average as I'm a heavy user).

Usually only when it hangs up uploading something to Facebook. Otherwise my Aria is on all the time. I use an app killer, so it doesn't get bogged down.

I use ATK myself, still I have to refresh often.

If you use it a lot, even during the day, you would need to refresh so how often do you refresh yours?

Oh, I wasn't aware you knew more about my phone habits than I do.

Seriously, what the hell is this? You don't need to restart your phone regularly to keep it functioning. Guess what, I've played 4 different high def games since I rebooted last, and my phone isn't lagging.

I wouldn't bother... if I had to reboot my phone more often than my computer, I'd be getting a new one.
