Hi to all Experts

Today I received a DELL laptop from one of my customer it is totally in dead position.

First of all I plug charger to laptop but it shows nothing. No charging light. I check charger voltage it was 19.4 then i remove battery from laptop and plug charger again and press power button but nothing happen . Then I decide to disassembled the laptop for further examination. I unplug every parts like RAM CPU HDD etc and try to power on but no success. I also Re-Heat Chipset but nothing happen.................................
Please HELP me what i have to do NOW.
THANX in Advance

If you can't diagnose a bad motherboard for a CUSTOMER, then you shouldn't be in this business.

P.S. If you couldn't tell, it's a bad mobo.

Oo0 Boy U did't read my post. I ask for solution of mobo problem. I dont ask that, should I continue this business or stop it because I did't found the problem? If u dont know the answer or did't understand the question then don't post :D. It is not nessary to answer every post. Well, I am earning well in my business .

my guess is that the motherboard is toast...

Sir I examined the board with magnify, but I did't found any burn component. I check some capacitor's voltages it seems good. Even I found 3.5v on On/Off Switch, but when I press it then voltage goes to .03v for few seconds. I want to confirm Is it Chipset problem Or any other component is responsible? Anyway Thanx for Reply :good:
