We have installed BLACKbox 3X at our organization, which is a combination of proxy server, mail server and data centralization / data backup software. We are satisfied with the performance. We are starting 3 branch offices in different cities, where we have a LAN of 4 computers each. We are also issuing laptops to our marketing staff member. We want to provide data access to our branch offices. We would also like to control internet/email activities on laptops used for official purpose

in our organization we have Branches which have 3 set computers each, and it is connected through internet by ISP. it is not connected to our Server so in that case we cant monitor there work and the Internet/or any other unofficial activities they doing.
so we give a try a third party Program like 1st Privacy Tool for Windows. and InTouch Lock. even our Field Staff using a Laptop have this. In this we have Security and less Hassle job in our Part,and we control the System. only the frequent and needed job are given to them nothing more.
