Upgrading the ATI Radeon Xpress 200

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to building/upgrading, so I'm looking for some advice here.

I do know upgrading this particular product isn't really as easy as upgrading the GPU of a custom built PC, but it can be done. I also know that I'll most likely need up to upgrade the power supply. Beyond this, I don't really know where to go.

It won't be hard. You will most likely need to upgrade your power supply. The link in your Sig doesn't mention one. It also says that your pci-e slot is occupied. If I'm not mistaken it is occupied by your tv tuner. So, you'll have to decide between the tv tuner or a new graphics card.

You have integrated graphics, the only thing you can do is buy a dedicated video card. The specs say you have an available pci express video slot for a dedicated card.

I googled oxidation express video slot cause I had no idea what you're talking about and I don't doubt your knowledge compared to mine, but Google shows nothing.

His system specs don't either, just the pci slots the single pci-e slot and the RAM slots.

Since my PC has an AMD processor and the Radeon Xpress 200 is from an AMD brand, should I just go with something they make, or does it not make much of a difference?

I don't use the TV tuner anymore since my cable box has DVR built it now, so I wouldn't have much issue with taking it out if necessary.

Doesn't really seem to be worth it, does it? I was hoping for 1 GB or more, but it looks like it would have to be PCI 2.0 or 2.1 to do that. Unfortunate.

How much would it cost to put together a PC that could run a game like Rugby Challenge?

OS: Windows XP/Vista/7
Processor: Intel or AMD Quad-Core
Memory: 3 GB (Win XP), 4GB (Win Vista/Win 7)
Graphics: GeForce 260 (1 GB) or Radeon HD 4850 (1 GB)
DirectX®: 9.0c
Hard Drive: 6 GB HD space
Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible

?? i3 2100 is dual core...

Anyway, amd phenom II 955 will be similar price.
Video card would be better to go for 6770 at similar price.

Yes the 955 is similar price, and yes a 6770 is similar.

While the 955 would be better in multi thread applications, the i3 is faster.
also if the 6670 and the 6750 are similar price, wouldn't it make sense to go for the faster GPU ie the 6750?
