Need gaming desktop buying advice.

I'm looking to buy a pre-built gaming desktop in the price range of $600-$800. I've got a pretty good knowledge of hardware and have built a few computer's so spec wise I usually know what I'm looking at. I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
I'm not looking for a beast of a machine, but something that will comfortably run current games and wont need to be upgraded to soon.
I've found a few things on newegg that fit my criteria just looking for some other options before I buy.

If you have built a couple already why would you want to buy pre built, you'll get a lot better specs if you build yourself, and you know how so this would be the best route.
