Top one is better. Better processor, graphics card, better case, (In my opinion, coolermaster is still good, since I have one) and has an SSD. That being said, the bottom one would still max out games.

And both of them are ridiculously overpriced.

i wouldn't say rediculously overpriced, those are decent prices really, and yeah the top is better but both are great. and also i went to newegg.ca and redid that build and it was the same price, so that's not prebuilt which is what i was thinking.

and if you can, i looked on the bf3 thread and people were getting tons of vram usage, if it's not too much of a problem i'd say to grab one of these, the 6970 is about the same performance, a little less from what i've seen, but has more vram, and the 570 although more expensive will last forever with that much vram.

and also for the price i think, although there are some issues, dual 460's or dual 6850s are supposed to be faster a little and cost less than either of these and also will have as much vram or more

well i mean the 6970 will be just as fast about and have more vram for less than your original pick, the only real difference would be the gtx having physx but most games use the cpu for it, only a few, although some like batman arkham city are pretty big one.
