buying new Video Card Need little help

I want to buy a video card but don't know which one
first of all

my CPU is Intel i7 2600K the Processor Graphics is "HD Graphics 3000"

so my question is should i buy Graphic card that has

1, HD 6000 series
2, HD 5000 series
3, HD 4000 series
4, HD 3000 series

Which Series should i buy or it does not make any difference ?

what do you plan to use the computer for?
You will not be able, as far as I know, to use the HD3000 with a P or Z series chipset, which you will need to take advantage of the 2500k.

If gaming, GTX560ti, GTX570, GTX580, HD6870, HD6950, or HD6970.
same cards for video editing.
For basic use and the occasional game, HD6770, HD6750, HD6670, HD6570, HD6570, GTX550ti, GTS450, or GT540.

i have Gigabyte Z68X UD3H motherboard

i want it for everyday tasking dual monitor and odd Games
i dont want to go high tech gaming something that goes with the CPU and take the advantage of the CPU

you know i want to get my money worth on the CPU

to get anywhere near your moneys worth and remove any bottleneck on the 2600k would need a GTX580 or GTX590 or HD6990.

For everyday use, you will be fine with a GTS450. GTX460, GTX560ti, HD6770 or HD6850.
