Why can't I play games on this laptop?

My school laptop, Packard Bell Eastynote TK85, seemed to be pretty okay when I first bought it.
Specs:
6GB DDR3 Memory
Intel Celeron CPU P4600, 2.00 GHz
Intel HD Graphics (thats all it says)
Win7 64-bit OS

my stationary computer has 2.1 GHz CPU and around 4 GB RAM and I can play pretty much anything on around medium graphics, so my question is as following:
Why can't I play any games on this computer? Like WoW, Minecraft, Skyrim... Even Rubber Ninjas is sucky.

I dont know a whole lot about computers, so dumb it out a bit for me, please

You have a slow celeron processor and most likely the onboard graphics isn't the best or you could have other system issues.
