Yes it will, your card is PCI express and that board has a PCI express slot. If it was AGP then it wouldn't work.

Careful of that MoBo, though. A lot of brand-new ASUS motherboards come DOA.

every one of my open box asus gpu's has come fine...including this 460, as long as its packed fine it should be AOK

GPUs, maybe, but there are many members who have received DOA motherboards from them.
