What can I do? I need a better video card but I can't...

I'm in desperate need of a new video card because I play games more often than 95/100 people and always have fps issues but when I look at video/graphics cards they're all around 8 inches long, in the picture below you can see I don't have nearly that amount of space (I know the full 8 inches doesn't go to one side but it still wouldn't fit), so what options do I have?

might help if we could see the full size of the case. you do know the 8 inches is from the back of the case to the front, where it would start to hit the hdd enclosure
 
As you can see to the right of the PCI-E is the ram which gets in the way. And just below the memory are those two orange plugs.

Looks like a Micro-ATX board to me. You should be able to fit any decent graphics card in there. However there is the matter of power supply. The stock one won't do for any capable card. It simply doesn't have the capacity. I can judge it by the connections it has (or is lacking). So now the point, what's your upgrade budget?

Measure from the back panel to the harddrive cage. That card in your link is 8.25 inches. But the pcie connector is on the end, not the top so you would need about 9 inches.
