Need Help - New PC Build

Hello all. I have gotten sweet build suggestions that met my needs in the past, but put

building a new PC on hold for a while, until now. In that time I figured new items/deals

are out there.

Basically I'm looking to spend $600-$800

It needs to be able to accept dual-video cards, I plan on getting a second in

the future.

Of course, the main duty of this new computer is Gaming....BF3..Gaming.

Though I have decided I'm not ready to blow the cash for a Nvidia GTX 580.

So I figured I'd go for a GTX560(or better option around that price-range)

for now, and maybe get a twin in the future.

Thanks in advance!

This is the build I got so far.

CD/DVD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151233

With still some room left in the $800 budget, I need some help with the case.

I still want to have the ability to run Dual GPU's.

I might have to get a full tower. Since in the future, I plan to upgrade to huge, high end video cards.

Will this current case be enough to accommodate the size of two high end GPU's?

Or do I need a bigger one to give them good breathing room?

just as good and cheaper

cheaper, faster, 2x the memory

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...02B&PID=4169961&SID=rbliopeekenl&AID=10521304

free shipping makes it cheaper

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106289

as far as i know that case is perfectly fine for that, if not look at the nzxt phantoms, they are pretty good too and are 20% off with free shipping right not with some of them, here's the promo and then the link: EMCYTZT1000

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...cm_mmc=EMC-GD122811-_-index-_-MECH-_-NZXT-EB1

and if you plan to save and get better graphics, if possible, the 7970 comes out on the 9th and is fester than the gtx580, and is 550 bucks, but can easily max any game out to date no sweat

Alright here is my final revised built. Just have a few more questions about the CPU and Power supply.

Thanks for all the help so far!

Are you plan on running Crossfire or SLI

I don't know the difference :(

I got the idea somewhere, originally I was going to get two GTX 560, because

they were "cheaper and more powerful than getting a 580"

I'm now thinking of maybe going ATI, after hearing Nvidia tends to go well with

intel. And ATI with AMD.

crossfire is using 2+ amd cards (amd owns ati, and technically ati no longer exists as far as i know, either way they are branded amd cards), sli is using 2+ nvidia cards, just each company had to have their own name for it.

a single 580 is better than 2 560's, buying a second is easier than buying 2 new what evers down the road when you can get a used 580 for like 200.

also for your case pick, i would advise something else, that case doesn't seem to have any cable management, which if you plan on running 2 cards is a good idea, makes it so you can run wires behind the motherboard tray which improves airflow which is really important using 2 cards cuz one will be blocking a lot of air for the second, so bad airflow could cause problems there.

Wow, thanks for informing me about cable management!

Looking at some pics on the web, even with double GPU's it doesn't look like there will be

alot of cramping in the EVO. Think I'll be getting that for now!

Good case, will run C/F or SLI fine. It even has more room then what it looks like. Should have been a full size, but its just slightly smaller so it was set as a mid size. One of the biggest mid size cases.
