Why is the internet on my acer laptop slow after system restore?

The internet on my acer laptop is running slow, after I preformed a system restore (using the default windows restore).
It now takes me 25 minutes to download a 17MB file on a 5MBPS internet connection.

Why I preformed a system restore on my laptop?
I preformed a system restore beacuse I deleted some registry keys (trying to delete a toolbar).
on the same day I deleted my keys and restored my system, I also download some other programs for a layered security protection
this incudes lastpass,truecrypt,file shredder, novastor backup, threatfire, zone alarm firewall, bufferzone.

Other note worthy things are

If you need me to run any tests on computer just ask me and I will run the test.
My laptop is a aspire 5750G (windows seven 64 bit).
I have already used cclener, smart pc care, slimcleaner.
It's not a virus.
I get error messages such as sever hang up and can not display webpage and invalid proxy.
I am using Google chrome as my browser.

So how can I fix the speed of my internet on my acer?
 
First off, go here and do a speedtest and post the results.

1. If you deleted registry keys, not sure if system restore would bring them back.
2. Get rid of all those protection programs you downloaded, not needed as far as I'm concerned.

3. Most likely you will have to reinstall windows fresh as your system is now corrupted.
 
It seems something is definately wrong with your internet. The test wasn't able to load a settings file.

Looks like your in for reinstalling windows. And next time you have a hard time uninstalling something either use Revo uninstaller or come here for help as manually deleting registry settings can be disastrous.
