Virtual keyboard and windows microsoft

I always had it. Is it available at microsoft for other microsoft systems. Like said always had it. the other person would like access to it. Maybe home edition. I also have with Kaspersky Internet Security. Any suggestions?

Just for a friend that was listening and pays bills etc. liked the idea.
Its built into Pro and Ultimate.
 
It's part of the Accessories>Ease of Access (Windows 7) or Accessibility (XP and previous). Every version of Windows has it.

i have it and a short cut on the task bar. I checked the accessories and did not find it.
I asked him to type virtual at start, run virtual and nothing. Like said i have it. i have it at the task bar.
How or where its at don't know. Can ya define it more. how to get to it.

And it's not called "Virtual Keyboard" in Windows. It's "On-Screen Keyboard".
