Desktop Build, wondering about an SSD

I've got all my parts picked out and ready to go for my build, just wondering about an SSD. I think I need something 6GB/s to get the most out of the drive correct? My real question is whether I should go with a smaller drive and use the intel smart response technology (makes the SSD like a cache for the HDD, as I understand it anyway) or go with a larger drive like a 120 or so and install windows and maybe a game or two to it and have everything else to the HDD. Also wondering which drives you guys would recommend and why I don't know a whole lot about them. No real budget per se, I'd like to keep it under $200 for the SSD (if possible.)

Here's what I have so far....

I'd like to keep cost down as much as possible I'm at about $1,600 for everything but if $200 more would make it that much better then that's what I'll do. The computer will be used for gaming, mostly Battlefield 3, Skyrim and Diablo 3 when it comes out. I don't know if I can get a good SSD with a large enough size to hold all those games and the other things I'll be doing (Maya, 3ds studio, autocad, inventor, basically autodesk software.) So I was thinking with the intel smart response all of the programs would get a little bit of a boost, but I can't use an SSD larger than 64GB.

Sorry to be so winded about it but what do you guys think?

I would put the money towards a larger drive rather than a cache. You have plenty of RAM so I don't think there'd be a problem with speed. I'm on my phone and can't paste links, but the crucial M4 128gb looks to be pretty good. Windows will take up about 16gbs so there's a lot of room.

If you are only gaming I would drop down to the 2500k and most people will not even use 8gb of ram let alone 16, but I suppose it is nice to future proof your self that little bit longer if you can :)

At claptonman: I'm at work but will check that one out when I get home any specific reason you recommend that one over others?

At johnb35: I know I don't need it now but I may be looking at adding another 6950 later on and figured what the hell lol.

At Des_Zac: I got ultimate because I got an employee accomodation on it for near nothing or else I'd have Home Premium.

At harry clemance: Thanks for the tip, I originally had planned to just use 8GB but when i got 12 for free I figured for 25 bucks more to have 16 wouldn't be a bad idea. I also would have went with the 2500k but got a good price on the 2600k.

I think i will go for a larger drive but does anyone else have suggestions on which brand/series to go with or stay away from?

Professional will allow for ram to be used...
It will allow for more than 16GBs, which I doubt he will ever need.

I just went by the largest SATA III drive for under $200. Those all have great reviews compared to the other ones.
