Hello!
So every time I try to start Windows on my Dell Laptop I get a blue screen with the error reading driver_irqp_not_less_or_equal. I have tried lots of ways to fix this. I've restarted in Safe Mode. I've tried to start System Restore by using command prompt. And many others. I can't find a solution and this happened a week after my warranty was up. I have an old Compaq laptop with a WD Scorpio HD. If I put the old hard drive in my new Dell Laptop will it fix the problem? I'm not sure if that's possible. I don't know a lot about hard drives, but I'm pretty sure I can't just put it in and start up the computer. Wouldn't I have to configure all the hardware with it? Kinda a newbie in this field. I couldn't really find a guide to doing in anywhere online either...thanks for your help!!
