i have a athlon x2 and radeon 6670 and bf3 runs 22-30 fps low settings 1024x1280, waht procccesor is required to play bf3 good, why am i getting so bad frames

BF3 is probably the most graphical game out there. You will need a monster system to play at high-ultra settings.

I agree. I've played Battlefield 3 on both of my desktop computers, the one I have with me at university and the one at home. The former's specs are in my signature and the latter has 4GBs of RAM, a stock Core 2 Duo E7200 and a GeForce 8800GT 512MB. The former runs BF3 at 1680x1050 very well at high settings (AO is disabled) with AA and AF enabled (can't remember how high AA and AF set to, but they're definitely not set to the highest settings). The latter computer can run BF3 at low settings at 1024x768, but the framerate is far from smooth.

Your FPS is low because your system is pretty low-end for gaming. To play BF3 at decent settings you're probably going to need a quad-core and definitely a much better graphics card. As somebody else also said, you need a very high-end system to run it on high settings.
