Two 22"s or One 27"?

Personally i prefer one bigger screen, to 2 smaller ones.

My only issue with getting the larger screen is that if I plan to use eyefinity in the future I'd have to spend upwards of $800 total on just monitors.

Also, I don't really think that 22" is that small of a monitor. Considering I've been using 15" and 19" inch CRT monitors my entire life

Personally depends on what your using the pc for, gaming on dual monitors is a pain as your char is always in the bezel on full screen, i would go with 3x 22 rather than 1 panel where gaming is concerned

but if gaming is not the case than 2 x22 over 1 big panel

I would game on 1 of the monitors and have the other one have open Skype, foobar, browser, YouTube video, etc.

OIC out of interest your 2 current monitor are they shot , Because as the way you explained that you use one for game and the second for various programs , could your graphics card facilitate the 2 you have now plus the large monitor in the middle purely for games etc and just have the other 2 on the sides for random programs.

Nah, got a 560 so unless I SLI I'll only be able to run 2 monitors. I *could* go with the 1 large and keep one of my 1280x1024 15" monitors but it still comes back to if I were to go down the Eyefinity path (With 3 screens) I would have to spend quite a bit on monitors. And I think the large screen size/resolution difference would be a bit distracting.

I used to dual screen a lot more, but now I'd personally just go with one large monitor.

I'm currently on my brothers single screen 24" monitor and realize I can't stand a single monitor... I think I'm going to go with the two 22" monitors. So, now the question is, are the monitors I chose any good? Any suggestions?

Thanks!
