i know that £550 isn't a lot to go on, but please help me. thank you.

It all looks pretty good but for gaming the Intel Core i3 2120 usually beats the FX-6100 but for productivity the 6100 usually is better. You said you want to do gaming so yeah probably go for the i3 2120, it's cheaper as well. See here http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...elcorei3,i5andi71155socket/bx80623i32120.html it's £90. If you can stretch your budget though, I recommend you get this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...elcorei3,i5andi71155socket/bx80623i52320.html if not then an i3 2120 will be good enough.

You'll also need a need a Socket 1155 board if you go for the i3 2120, so I'd get this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...68chipsetmotherboards/90-mibh80-g0eay0kz.html

The RAM should work with the i3 2120 and that board, if not, the 1333MHz RipJaws kit will http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...dr3-pc3-10666/1333mhz/f3-10666cl9d-8gbrl.html so you can use that instead.

The PSU is probably overkill for an i3 2120 or Fx-6100 and a 6850, so I'd probably just settle with a 550W or a 600W. http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/ocz-zs550w-uk.html that's a decent 550W PSU.

Everything else looks pretty good. Got a copy of Windows to intall on this PC though?

Using the i3 2120 and the PSU I linked to your build you would cost £485.17, and you can buy a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit and will only be £13 over your budget http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/software/gfc-02050.html

It's quite all right my friend. :) No the i5 I linked to will work just fine the board I linked to so you shouldn't need to upgrade to anything else. You may want to stick with the 1333MHz RAM though because I don't know how well the lower-end CPUs work with the 1600MHz RAM, they work just fine with 1333MHz though and it's fast enough.
