Best head phone for 20$

Can you guys suggest me good headphones under 20$, I need it to gift a friend for music purposes. I have no idea which one is good.

Not sure how much they are in dollars, but you cant go wrong with skull candys smoking buds.

How are iBall, Philips, Sony headphones? These are widely available in our city.

Im not too sure mate, im not an expert on headphones But if you can get hold of skullcandys theyre very good. Not very well built though but iirc there a lifetime warranty on them.

Have you had a look on cnet for reviews on the ones that are available to you? That may help you make up your mind.

The Sennheiser HD 202's are what I have and their price sometimes drops to 20 or even lower. Just kinda depends and if you're willing to wait a little.

I've had the 201's and they're good for budget cans.

I browsed some skull candies. But they are all out of my budget, all are around 30 to 40 $.

dont know if the Asus HS-101 would be something? Over here they cost about 10 euro's.
