Upgrading PC Gaming system 400 dollars

I need a new mobo, processor, and ram for 400 dollars. Can anybody help guide me as to what I should go with? I have a half decent video card that I will be keeping for a little while and upgrading later

i3 Sandy Bridge - $125
DDR3 2 x 2GB - $25
430W Corsair PSu - $25

Total $270

But if you need a new copy of Windows (likely), it will be another $100. Still within budget. Also, please tell us what graphics card you have exactly as that way I can make sure that PSU is sufficient.
