Do you have a budget you are working within?

what is your main usage? gaming?

Neither of those cards is particularly powerful but it depends what you want to do, and spend.

Yes I am on a budget of anything $100 or less. But I've already done my research and all I want to know is out of the 2 cards listed above, which one is better? They seem essentially the same to me except slight differences in Core Clock and Shader clock.

You obviously havent done your research, as there are much better options, both power wise and financial wise for the $100.00 budget you have.

But if you want to just get an answer between the 2 440's..go with ASUS:)

The Asus will be slightly, slightly better. If the Zotec is quite a bit cheaper, I'd go with that.

But for $100, I'd go for a 6770. $110, with rebate, $100. Twice as fast as a 440:

Just saying.

And what power supply do you have?

Or a 550ti. About the same performance as a 6770.

Hi, yes I definitely did gave the GTX 550 Ti and the HD 6770 in thought however this graphics card is actually for my 13 year old brother's computer who only has a 300 W power supply. He's not an extreme gamer.
The prices are as follows from the warehouse store:
ASUS: 99$ and 79.99$ after mail in rebate
Zotac: 80.98$

Sorry for disappointing you lol. But I already own an EVGA GeForce GTX 580. I'm just asking others their opinion on the cards I've listed.

I'm not disappointed, at the end of the day, I dont know you and dont really care what you do.

Again to answer the question you asked first... Go with Asus, your bro will be happy with it!
